| Why I'm Raw Vegetarian |
| I eat a fairly high raw diet to maximise enzymes and nutrient density, for health/wellbeing reasons but it is the natural way for all animals to eat. We may be around the top of the food chain and have higher intellect...why not use that awareness, the(new) knowledge...the information is out..if you want to look good, feel good, enjoy a functional body for much longer...eat a rainbow of raw....at least 50% minimum...preferably 80%+ |

| ......I'm tall slim,fit, active like to cycle , walk, travel......keen permaculture garden orchardist, masseur, photo design, maker etc.. ....conservationist,green,frugal,caring and like to live close to the earth, in partnership with,nurturing..[barefoot when possible ] I like to chant, sing etc. I've been travelling a fair bit recently. Himalaya, N.Z. UK, Tasmania is pretty special too. Home is where the heart is and mines scattered to the four winds...........following a contemplative path, energy gathering, not as creative as I know I can be...missing that close loving balance.... walking these earthly paths of vulnerability and awe....some beautiful people on this site....but oh so far away.....good intent....so important....thankfulness also....Third world has much to teach us at times.....and connecting with earth and cosmos [mother earth,father sky]....bringing it all together....a little illusive at times......"maybe someday she will come, come along ..long. | I'm an indepedant soul, try to keep an open mind, open heart...I think there is the knowing when it feels right...peaceful companionship.....a creative nurturing, like the caress of a warm breeze that shimmers the trees....the enchantment...the face is important....touch is important...the grace of a body that's used and cared for...the scent of health. I dont care for long nails, painted nails ....makeup unless essential or for occasional fun. I like a woman with body hair intact.....not crucial! I do shave my face at times !!.....sharing a high living foods diet would be so nice..chronological age not so important ....sharing a healing path...growing,exploring, caring........ |
