| basically, life begets life; very conscious of all of my choices in life; thoughts, actions, emotional states, etc. I'm a raw vegan because it makes sense to me, and I thrive on this lifestyle. It is not only the food, but the connection to this food, the connection and gratitude to all beings, and elements, who took part in the tremendous gift of this food from seedling to maturity, and from the ground to my domain. I'm a personal raw food chef, artist,nature photographer, and reiki master. What's most important to me is my spiritual path,being in alignment,increasing my capacity to hold light,reflecting love and light to others and finding the good in each moment. I begin most days connecting to source, at the beach, communing with nature. It sets the tone for my day. |

| every day is new, I try not to put anyone in a preconceived " box", including myself. I don't follow any dogma, anyone's "rules", what's popular or trendy...I go within for my answers, and act on what I respond to energetically. When considering anything, if my energy drops, I don't do it. After reading zillions of books, and listening to many "leaders", I realized how many people just repeat what other's have said, and have little in-depth knowledge or understanding of what they say...so many people just follow the crowd. I don't even like crowds! lol! I now rely on myself, and my source for all of my answers, and find I can just download volumes of information from.......the ether. |
