| I am a vegan for health and spiritual reasons.I am also against the mistreatment of animals(including murder).I discovered how calm and peaceful I feel when I don't eat meat.I have gone back and forth in the past and have never felt good in any way after eating animal foods.It brings out our lower self. I hope I never return to my old ways. I have learned my lessons well. |
