| According to the Bible, the first people on earth were vegetarians. (Genesis 1:29) Then God said,'I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.' The prophet Isaiah gave many descriptions of the kingdom of heaven and all beings there are herbivores. Isaiah 65:25 "The Lord says :The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, but dust will be the serpent's food. They will neither hunt nor destroy on all my holy mountain." Every beings are equal. Why should we hurt the others? All beings have feeling and are equal in loving their love ones, they have the same pain when they see their love one hurts. Meat might taste good but killing someone equal as food is selfish and cruel. Mankind are vegetarians in their true nature. Being vegetarian is just a way to stay true to my original nature. |
