| September 26, 2018: "Seven years ago today I embarked on an experimental journey with the belief that I could do almost anything for 3 months, including abstaining from consuming all animal products. I knew within a few weeks that I would never go back to my corpse munching ways. It's been an extraordinary journey of growth, expanded consciousness and enlightenment that rivals the experience of parenthood. Although I wish I discovered this lifestyle earlier, I'm grateful that it presented itself to me at just the right time when I was open to embracing it. Vegan AF & proud of it!" |

| I NEED TO UPDATE MY PICS, I NOW HAVE A SILVER SHORT BEARD. I'm vegan for the triad: health, ethics & the environment. I work hard and play hard without abusing myself too much! I am a laid back, energetic, fit and youthful 61 year old guy (my real age). I am a single dad with 2 teens (started a bit later in life) who live with me half the time.
