| Most importantly: the animals do NOT want themselves or their families to be tortured and slaughtered for the selfish whims of ignorant bipeds. Also, we know that a veg'n diet is healthier and yummier. The final spark was some 42 years ago. I was traveling through a food desert and wandered into a fastfood chain outlet. As soon as I entered I heard the (ethereal) screaming of the chickens. And that was the last straw. I spun around and left and have been veg'nish, now totally vegan, ever since. And I have not been sick a day since. I call this my Veg'n Since Watergate Story. Lately I have been inventing dishes with quinoa, tofu and nut yeast. And gluten-free pastas. [Don't spare the salt. LOL.] I seem to be the Prince of Tofu. Well, and maple syrup, too. |

| Me? I am interested in nature, earth and green stuff, words, numbers, computers, rocks, crystals, plants, gardening, cooking, weather, astronomy and astrology. FWIW, I am autodidactic, sometimes sesquipedalian, and often nephelecoggyciac [which can be harmlessly contagious.] I am fairly easy on the eyes and not sarcastic ever, not one bit. Started designing and producing garments with images and symbols that extol women's/femina empowerment. Astrological and mythological. Currently excited by Freyja and Lilith. I like vending at 'high-minded' fairs and expo's. Some of you may notice my Sajj shirt and my Freyja hat. |
