| After educating myself on the health benefits of going meatless and the horrors of factory farming I will never go back to eating meat. I feel great and have never felt healthier. I love to cook and come up with new recipes. I am eating a mostly raw diet right now of fresh fruits and veggies, (easier to do during the summer months) |
