| I've been a ovo-lacto veggie for 34 years and in September of 2015 I became a vegan. Primarily it's because of my Reverence for Life. I can exist without ending the life of a sentient being. I was a conscientious objector during the VietNam war; it took me 12 years to realize that while I refused to kill human beings I was killing animals for my sustenance. May all beings be happy! |

| I was a teacher of Philosophy and Religion in a community college in Missouri.. I retired in July of 2015 and I relocated to the Myrtle Beach SC area. I have moved back to my PA roots to live with my 92 year old mother whose health is not what it used to be. My spirituality is centered in what I call The Spirit of Love. As Ibn Arabi said, "Love alone is my religion." The Beatles got it right too when they sang, "All you need is love." I try, as much as I am able, to receive, celebrate, teach, and share the Spirit of Love. I just published a collection of four spiritual stories centered around The Spirit of Love. |
