| I've recently made the change to a vegan diet to feel better and be healthier. I adopted a plant based diet for 3 months last summer and then got out of it when I went through some stress in my life. Now I'm back to experimenting and trying new foods. I'm concerned about the environmental impact of raising cattle for food. |

| I love to read, watch movies, run, swim and hike trails. I'm an introvert and would much prefer an evening of conversation with a handful of friends to a loud party.
