| I want to have excellent health and feel the best possible. When I was 27 I studied Macrobiotic Healing for 3 years and then cooked for others. Since then I have widened my eating habits, going from juice feasting to raw, then going wider and back to yearly cleanses. Going with what the crowd eats does not work for me for periods of time. I am an excellent cook and raw food cook as well. I love to sprout, grow my own herbs, cut open a coconut everyday (when I can get some)! and juice.
