| Why I'm Vegan |
| To me, becoming vegan has been a bit of a journey. In some aspects it is easier than I thought and other aspects not as easy as I would have liked. I gave up eating furry friends a long time ago and without missing it. Giving up dairy has been honestly a bit of a struggle. Most days I am a good vegan =), but there are still some days that I don't quite live up to my own expectations. I'll get there though as this is important to the animals as well as my own health! |

| Want to know a bit more about me then you should ask! ;) But I suppose that you could describe me as one who loves animals and nature (especially the beach and ocean). I grew up in a small beach town in the States and feel most at home close to the ocean. Nothing like the feeling and smell of salt-water spray hitting you in the face! That being said I also love the mountains and camping. Also have a bit of hobby taking photos of nature (and of course of wonderful old architecture here in Europe.) |

| I'm Looking For |
| Well, I am not looking for a soul-mate, date, or anything along those lines to be honest. What I really do need though is to connect with other vegans and make vegan friends. I am just but starting on this path and any hints/tips on how to embrace this lifestyle would be appreciated. Where are the good places to eat vegan foods? Where are good vegan supermarkets? What books are worth reading? Got any suggestions? |
