| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| After reading The China Study, I was convinced that eating animal protein was not healthy, at least not in large amounts. It generally takes less energy to produce plant-based food than meat and therefore is better for the environment. Lastly, I have a bit of a problem with raising and caring for animals, only to kill them for food. |
