| i wanted to feel more alive......sooooo,I have adopted a plant-based diet ( based primarily on the work of Dr. John Mc Dougall and The China Study..) and I am amazed at how I feel etc.. :o) |

| I’d like to preface what I have written before with a couple of thoughts… …..some have said that i have "done" a lot with/in my life.... have to say .. it is not about what we “do” ..or what we’ve “done”… it’s about “WHO” we are… “who” we have become. …and these profiles are rife with the probability of misinterpretation… !! ...i have included some of those "do's" and "dones" that i have enjoyed over the years only to provide a glimpse ..... it is impossible to know ..who.. a person is by reading their profiles…and endless emails just complicate things… if what we …read…sparks some interest…. Then lets have a cup of tea… nothing ventured nothing gained…….. .............i guess i like to think of myself as a Spiritual being having a human experience....in a quiet and 'not over the top' way..... and i do like the human experience part very much......cant emphasize that enough... enjoy alllllllll that is within our grasp ....i lived in SW France for the better part of a couple of years...been back almost 2 years ...couldn't sell my house here ..i teach (as adjunct faculty now) 'interpersonal communication' on the college level..as well as public speaking...and formally theatre courses. .I�m very interested in metaphysical studies and alternative/complementary therapies....and have facilitated 4 day workshops (in Hawaii, Scotland, England, Poland, France..Michigan ..etc) in an area of bioenergetics....(i also embrace the integrative approaches to allopathic medicine) ...... i have travelled... globally... extensively... off the beaten track and spend a good bit of time in Scotland.....and among other things....have developed a slide/talk/storytelling event on the ancient sacred sites of Scotland and Ireland..... ...sure do enjoy good food... lovely restaurants......and loooong walks in the Highlands ...... very interested in open honest positive communication...and compassionate understanding.... |

| looking for someone to share Spiritual growth and understanding with... someone to share good food...to cook with.....to laugh with....be spontaneous with and to have...fun.. play in the rain....ride bikes....swim.... be..home ....someone who likes travel adventure as well..when possible...especially Scotland...Hawaii.... my own back yard ...also, most importantly...quiet times... ..must say that i don't really fancy lots of make-up, hair spray and perfumes....moderation please , kinda allergic...and....since I’ve posted my pictures.... please be willing to share yours...ok?? ....whewwwww... if you managed to get through..all THAT... you deserve a hearty ..'well done' :o) |
