| A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... Life was certain and straightforward. I grew up, married and had 3 wonderful kids. Years later the plot thickened and a mutually respectful divorce ensued. The important things in life became loud and clear. Lessons were learned and a new calm emerged. I'm in a happy place and eager to see what's next. I am currently enjoying the freedom and autonomy of self-employment as an interactive designer, while paying attention to little clues along the way of what might be more deeply fulfilling. Whenever possible, I hit the trail for a long run with a group of friends, or solo adventure. I regularly dedicate time to some form of meditation to keep myself sane and focused. I am handy, clever and crafty. I enjoy cooking adventurous vegetarian meals, baking bread, and yes, even sewing. Creative pursuits keep me fulfilled, and there's always something I'm tinkering with, or fixing around the house. Fortunately, there's no shortage of these opportunities when keeping a happy home as Super Dad. I have been known to wear a cape, despite what Edna Mode says. |
