| I've just learned to become a Vegan by reading healthy books, with some research and by the help of Friends too who were Vegan. I always want to have a Clean-Healthy Body which is FREE from taking harmful & chemically-laden Foods so as Beverages as well that are usually contain Toxic substances. For Me, it is most Necessary to what we FUEL on Our Body than of what we Adorn with it! |

| You can find me Sincere, Friendly & Witty. Yet, My Basic Natural Trait is Caring and Thoughtful. I am a Health-Inclined Person so as Spiritually-Inclined as well. I LOVED Plants, Listen to Good & Sweet Music, Reading Inspirational Books or Health Literature & Enjoy Cooking Wholesome Foods.. I also involved in Health & Compassion Ministry where My Heart belong to Serve as a Core Advocate Volunteer that Cares for the Sick, Unprivileged People in the Community. It is My Best Opportunity to share with them My VEGAN Cuisine & Lifestyle which is really Nourishing and Safe for everyone yet brings Natural Healing as well. By the way, It was just lately that I tried taking Native Eggs and Milk Ocassionally that I find it good into My Diet as I gained some few pounds.. :-) |
