| *To be fair my lifestyle is mainly raw with some cooked. But... Gray zones aren't an option on this site. Raw and vegan because I believe, strongly, that a living plant based diet is the secret to EXCELLENT quality living. Plants heal. They heal themselves and when we consume them in an unadulterated form, we too receive the benefits. I also strongly agree with the credo "harm none, lest ye be harmed". I loved to share knowledge, recipes, healing tips to all my friends. It is this positive path (and not the gore videos) that will change people , one at a time. |
