| Why I'm Fruitarian |
| Aprox. 20 years ago I read a book about healing sickness by eating raw food. I had some minor problems, the worst was headaches, so I decided to test this out. After 3 weeks of eating mainly fruit I found that I felt much better and I didn't get headaches any more. The book also suggested that cancer, arthritis, heart disease and stroke were able to be cured by going on a raw food diet. I decided by eating mainly raw food I would reduce the chances of getting these so so called diseases. So far my theory has worked after some 20 years of mainly eating fruit. I found however you do need to take extra care of your teeth for anyone thinking of following a Fruitarian lifestyle. Now I also believe that animals should not be killed to feed mankind and that people should at least think about becoming vegan or vegetarian. |

| I live a mainly fruitarin raw food lifestyle. I don't drink, smoke or take drugs. I am interested in animal rights,organic gardening, permaculture and reading. I enjoy organising a garden so that insects, small lizards, ants and various plants can live in harmony without using any chemicals |
