| Why I'm Vegan |
| Fruit tastes so good! I love waking up in the morning and having mangoes or a melon and some bananas while watching the sun rise. Or finally finding the perfect juiciest oranges and eating several of them in a row, Or discovering a new friut that just tastes so amazing. It makes sense to me because when we take a fruit from a tree and eat the fruit we are spreading its seeds with us where ever we go which is doing the tree a favor! Thats why it makes the fruit taste so good, to attract us to eat it and spread its seeds. Truly a win, win with nature! Also nothing at all has to be harmed in order to eat the delicious and nutritious food. I feel so alive and connected and have limitless energy on a mostly friut, vegan diet! You gotta try it if you havent ;) *Edit* I have incorporated many of other vegan foods back into my diet like rice, corn, potatoes, beans etc since writing this. I was trying out a fruitarian diet but found myself really wanting some heavier foods. |
