| I have had a healthy, interesting life so far. I was married for 10 years from 18 to 28, lived on a 400 acre almond farm and had 3 beautiful children, 2 daughters and a son. After a divorce, I developed a mail order business of gourmet almond brittle with Swiss chocolate toppings which led me into a more daily product of Chia Garden Breads and a 25 year pioneering effort of research for the 1st Chia book 'The Magic of Chia' and bringing the first imports of food grade Chia into the US and development of Chia recipes and products. I have had many interesting experiences that this most nutrient dense seed has brought into my life, but at this point in my life would like to make friends with people who value the wonderful health benefits of a plant based diet and am still looking for that 'special someone' who would appreciate and enjoy sharing healthy gourmet vegetarian meals with someone with 5 decades of experience, but no longer has hungry children to cook for. |
