| I enjoy the balance of raw and slightly steamed, sweet and a bit salty, fermented and fresh vegies. It varies with the seasons, and when it's really cold, something warm is very satisfying and when it's hot a fresh salad seems to quench my appetite and of coarse always organic garden fresh an array of crisp colorful combinations to smother with a freshly made dressing. I love grain and bean combinations and being creative in the kitchen making meals pleasing to the eye and tasty as well. Complimenting dishes with gravys and a variety of seasonings. Love preparing meals especially when I have guests, sound inviting? |
