| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| When I was 8 it was obvious animals to me that animals had thoughts and feelings and so it didn't seem ok to terminate for trivial reasons. People would say meat's already dead so I might as well enjoy it. For a little while I continued to eat it on notion that this awful reality of our world wasn't anything I had the power to change. After a few months I decided maybe if I didn't eat it.. the small difference I made in meat purchased might be somehow felt by the grocery store which then might purchase a little less meat and the meat providers might catch on and kill just a few less animals in anticipation of not being able to sell quite the same amount of meat to my grocery store. (I later learned this was called supply and demand.) |

| Cool thought provoking people. attracted to people with areas of expertize, knowledge - of science, of sprituality, of how to win races, cool acrobatic tricks, how to achieve zen like states of mind, or whatever. a woman with a cool demeanor driven by an inner idealism, making her hope for something better for the world and other people displayed by simple unpretensious thoughtfulness. bonus: adventurous and daring with physical endurance and fast enough or better yet faster so that I have to struggle to keep up if somehow we were running to save our lives from the evil bad people hunting us down in one of those movies that I can't seem to make a part of my real life. Actually I'd really like an evil one dimensional villain to replace all the lame bs and paperwork, and the troubles i bring upon myself by my own mistakes. |
