| The 7 most common diseases are caused by the standard American diet! The remedy in all of the disorders is a plant based diet. That is a huge reason why I eat plants. My concern for the life of animals is another reason. Even as a small child it did not feel right to eat meat. I remember telling my mom I'd rather eat grass than dead animals! I would see the beautiful face of the animal looking at me sadly when I was forced to eat them. |

| I am honest, friendly, and kind. Trying plant based recipes that are mostly raw is a passion of mine. Board games can be fun, watching a great movie, attending a symphony, walks or bike rides in nature with a friend, I love being out in the sun everyday, if posssible. I am currently writing a whole food plant based vegan cookbook. |
