| I'm vegan for ethical reasons but I love the health benefits too. Prior to going vegan about seven years ago I was vegetarian since the age of 14. |
| More About Me |
| I hate writing these things so I am just going to try and write from the heart. I’m a firm believer in doing the right thing and having high ethical standards. I have always tried to hold myself up to the highest ethical standards my entire life. This desire for moral integrity has propelled my lifestyle and achievements. I’ve been vegan for about eight years and vegetarian for ten years prior to going vegan. I have also volunteered my time for many causes in the past including as a zoo educator at the Toledo Zoo, a grassroots coordinator for PETA, a campaigner for Greenpeace, and a kennel volunteer for my local Humane Society. I have also volunteered for the American Red Cross and as a wildlife volunteer at an animal rehabilitation center. During my experience as a volunteer I've organized many peaceful demonstrations against deer culls, circuses, and the fur industry. I've also spoke at town hall meetings in opposition to local deer culls. After a relatively recent car accident I decided to go back to college and finish my degree in corporate communications with a minor in psychology. I am currently working toward graduation and plan to going on to grad school to be a licensed professional counselor. I am a fairly low energy person but love to get out and do fun things. |

| I’m looking for a friendship/activity partner. Someone who enjoys to go on bike rides, local art fairs, or just enjoy time walking around the city in the summer. And also someone who would enjoy doing holiday things like going to light-up nights or ice skating If you enjoy traveling or scuba diving that is also a plus. |
