| After years of avoiding certain types of meat, a plate of prime rib served to me at dinner in 1981, was a defining moment. Surely we did not need to "nourish" our bodies in such a primitive and barbaric way. Every day in the intervening 35+ years, I'm so glad I made the decision to live meat-free. I enjoy cooking and eating vegetarian dishes from cuisines around the world. |
