| I'm vegetarian because I think it is the best diet for humans to eat. The Adventist study found that vegetarians live up to 10 years longer than non-vegetarians. The no. 1 killer in America is Heart Disease. This is tied to the eating of animal products. 7 out of 10 people would not be in the hospital if they ate a plant-based diet. I also have a heart for animals and our planet. I think animals have feelings just like people and should be treated with dignity and respect. |
