| More About Me |
| I am a last minute motivated, do anything to help out, slightly chaotic character, with moments of calm. However, within this I manage to work, raise my kids, walk the dog, walk myself and find joy from life. I am learning to let my children breathe without letting go and I am desperately trying to figure out how to cook a pizza without a soggy bottom! I have lived abroad and would like to visit more places but at the moment I content myself enjoying Scotland with occasional wee trips. At the moment I am doing a couple of long walks with friends and family, in stages, which I am loving. I think beside the ocean has to be one of my favourite places, the sound of the sea is immensely calming. I like fun movies, action, no scary stuff as I do not like to be terrified; I would rather be amused or engaged. I enjoy NCIS type programmes, bit of sci fi, Star Trek is enduring, and Big Bang. Reading is something I do in spurts, so I usually grab a bundle from a charity shop and it is whatever catches my eye. Music wise I am not fond of heavy rock or dance music, I can find enjoyment within most other styles. I am rubbish at remembering what I have read, or watched so don't have firm favourites and if I am honest you wouldn't want me as a pub quiz partner! I have been veggie since I was 15 and I am now working on being vegan, which is very overdue, and it would be amazing if I found someone who shared my views. Honesty, compassion, and integrity are essential and I don't have an interest in negative, aggressive prejudicial beliefs. |
