| I changed my diet almost 6 years ago to a Whole food plant-based diet (healthy vegan diet) to improve and embrace a healthy lifestyle. Around that the time I watched the documentary Forks over Knives and that confirmed my decision. Since then I have watched many related documentaries and have turned into an ethical vegan as well. |
