| Although I love animals and I’m really glad that I no longer eat them, I became vegan mainly because I believe it’s the healthiest diet I can eat. Once I became vegan, I realized that I felt much more in tune with my surroundings and I value the simple things in my life much more than I did before. I had no idea that I’d love it this much. |

I follow many of the principles of Buddhism and try to live in harmony with all others. I also love history, writing, learning about other cultures and religions and making others laugh.
