| Why I'm Vegan |
| I am actually not full vegan yet as I occassionally eat fish at seldom times. I don’t eat any red meat nor fowl meat tho. I don’t consume dairy just plant- based milk. I decided to eat plant-based foods(tho very tough to stick to it) for health reasons and of course for the love of animals....No question about that—- animal doctor here.;) |

| Born and raised in the Philippines holding traditional values instilled by parents. I couldn't really say im extreme traditional but am a little in between traditional and doing what I think and feel is right for me. I love being with nature. I missed backpacking, trekking and nature trips. I have been so busy with work and business the past few years and I miss the old activity I used to do. Been to diff places for work and fun and good deed. Yes, I did volunteer in an animal shelter in Hawaii last 2013. Lived there for a year. I love animals (dogs and cats). I have two pet dogs in the house, ShihTzu and mix shihtzu. I adopted a dog that has special needs. Owner want to have Ben (name of the dog) put to sleep as they can no longer afford his maintenance expenses so I decided to adopt him instead. He’s a clinic dog now. When I got back to the Philippines last 2013 from Hawaii, I decided to no longer eat chicken. Then, last yr I decided to cut off dairy.. I admit it’s tough to stick with this diet as I have to prepare food on my own..but I love my health and animals more than a short-lived pleasure of eating “inflammatory foods”. I do think I am an easygoing person and can adjust to different settings. There's more to say about me but I reserve that to getting to know someone personally.. Always striving to be a better person of me each day. I value LOYALTY, RESPECT, TRUST and HONESTY. =) |
