| After being a vegetarian for 27 years in December 2020 I became a vegan.I should have taken the leap sooner! I have a plant based diet for ethical reasons. I come from a long line of vegetarians as is common in Indian communities. I can go back 12 generations of vegetarians! |

| More About Me |
| I am a young 55 year old. I retired in 2020 and moved from England to Mexico, first living near the Pacific coast and then moving to the outskirts of Mexico City and now making Merida in the Yukatan my home. Prior to retiring I used to travel the world in my corporate job. I am intelligent, compassionate, very loyal and with a positive attitude to life. I am also a healer. I have many interests, including singing (I sung in many choirs in the UK) and kayaking. I have been active all my life, ran half marathons, cycled for charity in India, I was a member of the skydiving club at university (a long time ago!) and more recently a para-glider pilot. I love to entertain friends, cooking for them and generally being a good host. I am pretty easy going. I have a strong spiritual belief and meditate everyday. I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively for work and pleasure. I love India in particular, although I am biased having been born there. I go nearly every year, volunteering for animal and children's charities. All of this can be tiring of course so I would like to cuddle up on the sofa, share a bottle of wine, watch a film or chat away about nothing or everything. I am a cat person, although I love all animals. I am a typical Cancerian: A long-term partner for the right woman. Ruled by emotion and matters of the heart and because of this, I'm very affectionate, thoughtful, and intuitive of the feelings of others, especially of those I cares about. As well as looking for a romantic partner I am very open to making new friends anywhere in the world as it opens up the opportunity to travel.
