| Why I'm Vegan |
| I have been a vegetarian since i was 5 years old because I thought eating animal was really gross at that age. The only animal product I ate was cheese then one day 14 years ago I stopped eating cheese after putting thought into it since it was bodily fluids that came from an animal to produce the cheese. I try to eat mostly raw foods, but its hard to eat 100% raw since I do intermittent fasting(eating one meal a day) for about 22.5 hours a day so I have to eat some cook foods so I can get the calories in. I have been doing intermittent fasting everyday since Sept. 2019. |
