| A better question for me than the one asked, "Why are you a Vegan" would be "Why do most people eat meat?" A plant-based diet is rational for human beings; consuming animal products clearly is not. I think; therefore I'm vegan. |

Forty years of a plant-based diet and a lifelong healthy lifestyle have blessed me with a body, mind and spirit far younger than my chronological age (except for accumulated wisdom, of course).
