| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| NoDAPS stands for NO Dead Animal Parts. Health inspired the transition; compassion became my realization. I eat mostly fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, some nuts, sprouts and seeds, with occasional organic grains (cooked). I periodically eat butter, so I'm not officially vegan. I guess that puts me somewhere between vegan and vegetarian. I'd like to learn more about raw foodism. |

| Animal lover all my life, I've been teaching health/wellness education for 30 years. I became an activist and national advocate for wild horses which are captured and sent to slaughter. I have a hands on lifestyle with horses (hint - no nail polish on these fingers) and I'm really comfortable in the country/nature. Equally so in a formal evening gown as a performer (classical singer) on stage.Talking and listening-- really hearing each other is the foundation of connection, so after an initial introduction on line, cell phone communication would be a good start. |
