| THEY SAY THE COUPLE WHO PLAYS TOGETHER STAYS TOGETHER Life is precious. I want to live it fully. I try to live with intention. I have a close family and dear friends. I'm on here to find a life partner to share in some of my dreams and to dream new ones together. To share a common lifestyle. If you also believe love is a choice, then we'll find each other. We're both "good" people, have obtained self-perspective through a sense of humor. We can roll with conceptual ideas. We appreciate culture. We believe in science. We know how to be a friend. I'm a slow starter. As I want a life-long love just letting it unfold naturally allows me to find love in a best friend. I'm attracted to the simpler things in life. Food for example. I dream of food. I'm a voracious eater. I eat nourishing complex foods. I spend lots of time planning, shopping, prepping, cooking and eating delicious yummy foods. I love to entertain my friends (they're my family Stateside). Stimulating conversation and silly banter makes for lots of laughs and a life well lived. I've never figured out work-life balance as I am my work. I love it but it's hard. On the upside, I'm flexible when it comes to travels. I travel lightly. My home looks like I just moved in. As I deal in product I don't need much stuff. Easier to stay organized that way. Putzing around a calm home helps me relax. I read, mess with the cat, take hot baths, drink a cup of tea, light a candle, catch a drama, documentary, Westworld, Indie or a foreign flick. I'm generally in bed early so I can work out the next day. For health and sanity. I grew up internationally. SF is my home town - having lived here for 25 years - but high on my list is to visit Scandinavia part of the year. My parents are aging and my son lives there. It's a pretty nice place to be from... I would love to see more of the world as well. Searching for the next place to eat, finding street food, following in the footsteps of Haruki Murakami's and absorb the local culture from a cafe chair is good enough for me. |

Hence I need the Big Picture perspective. I live in my head. Kindness and compassion have made my life richer. I love animals so much I don't eat them. Although I'm not religious for 3 seconds, I understand that connecting to something "higher" other than oneself is powerful. Setting aside the ego for a moment to wish someone well gives a deeper and more meaningful life. They say when we help others, we also help ourselves. What is your cause?
