| I believe it is the healthiest option, and am working toward plant based only. Also it is the best option for the planet, and the animals. Many moons ago I read "Cookin with Mama Nature" by Dick Gregory and became a vegetarian; also read Sugar Blues. Over time though both meat and sugar crept back in my life. I am committed now, and I love it. |
