| Why I'm Vegan |
| I am vegan first from medical literature, exploring the benefits of a whole plant based diet while I was in nursing school. Very inspired by the works of dr.Gregor his talks and book titled "how not to die". Then as probably most of us have, I started watching videos and understanding the animals perspective, and the environment ect. How could I ever go back to consuming or using animal products? It's so easy not to 😍 |
