| Well I am new to KY, I love music and being outside. Anything on, near or in the water I love. I love to cook and I was a chef for years so I enjoy taking my favorites from my pre-vegan days and trying to capture the flavor and texture in a vegan version. My favorite so far is my vegan stuffed shells (it fools my non vegan friends) and my Beefless Stroganoff. Presently I am working on a knock off the Chipotle sofritas. I am quick to laugh, a lot of times at myself. Have a sharp wit and appreciate someone else that does. And I know I am saying this twice but love music. |
