| I seek for healthy and happy life. I believe happiness come being mindful and have a simple life. Currently I am really focus on my daily yoga practice and I have been on 16/8 Intermittent Fasting (IF) since September 2018. Other than my full-time employment, practicing yoga I sometimes like to go back to school (community college) and take some classes that interested me. I enjoy eating out and try out different vegan restaurants, day trips such as Julian, Idyllwild, and looking forward to explore other areas that is close to San Diego. I also enjoy outdoors so hiking or camping are fun activities that I enjoy. |
