I am interested in spirituality and I practice meditation every day. I am also interested in healthy eating and living and I try to seek ways of staying in the best of health. I cook my own food and very health conscious. I emphasize organic foods in my diet and look for natural modalities for healing and keeping healthy. I exercise regularly and prefer yoga, Tai Chi, walking, and light weightlifting to tone the muscles. I like to find pleasure and contentment in simple things.
