| More About Me |
| I live life intentionally as a compassionate, empathetic individiual. I value connection with others via long term relationships/friendships. I'm a teacher and student of life simultaneously. I'm a present open heart and soul. I guided in the mountains for years, and still regard the mountains as my refuge, playground and home. I facilitate mindful awareness classes in public schools ranging from kindergarten through middle school. I find this work such a meaningful way to interface with and serve my community. I teach online nutrition classes rooted in plant based while foods. I feel so fortunate to help others increase their knowledge base and offer them tools to take ownership of their own and our global health. I laugh aloud a lot at myself and the whole world around me with pure joy, wonder and curiosity. I feel most comfortable under the stars with dirt/sand in my hair, yet also love wearing a sundress and heading into town for music and dinner. I value intellectual conversation as well as goofy jokes. I look forward to hearing from you! |
