| For moral and spiritual reasons at first and later I found the plant based diet was the best for human health. Whole food unprocessed lowfat for many years. I have been a vegetarian for over 50 yrs and vegan for like 42 yrs.I will never go back to eating meat ever as you can see. I can't tolerate people who abuse or harm animals or other people. |
