| In the beginning to avoid disease and cancers. Eventually learned more about the effects of GMO, soy, gluten, glyphosate, processed foods etc. and ditched all that too (not your junk food vegan lol). I also believe it's no longer necessary or sustainable to kill animals for food (with some climate/economic exceptions). I believe in dietary karma. |

| Plant based whole foods vegan for 9 years (mostly alkaline). Music, and hiking is vibes and I try to travel as much as possible throughout the year. Documentary and podcast junkie. Probably most passionate about holistic living. I have a deep respect for how what we consume (mentally-physically-spiritual) effects the body, mind, relationships, and communities in general. |
