| For the animals primarily. I've been vegan for just over three years, having been vegetarian for two years prior to making the transition to veganism. I wasn't fully aware of any reasons to go vegetarian or vegan beforehand if I'm honest, for me those are fortuitous bonus benefits that I'm glad of. |
