| Why I'm Vegan |
| Being vegan aligns with my values of health, compassion, and peace. In 1991, I read Diet for a New America. It was so compelling that I read it in a week and immediately became vegetarian feeling that this was good for my body, good for animals, and good for the planet. Two years later, I tried a month long vegan experiment, and stuck with it. A vegan of 27 years, I'm looking for a vegan mate! |
