| Aware, kind, affectionate and loving, personal and spiritual growth is my top priority. I resonate with the teachings of Buddha, Jesus, and Eckhart Tolle and relocated to Ajijic, Mexico in 2017 to enjoy a vibrant, loving spiritual community. I am open to having a second home elsewhere. I seek the peace that comes from acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness and letting go of the ego. I have also found occasional breathwork and the use of sacred shamanic medicines useful in this journey. I believe we are here to let go of all fear to become and spread love! Wellness is also important to me, I am interested in yoga and healthy living in general. I used to own and manage natural food stores in Colorado and Oregon. I have followed a holistic health lifestyle for over 45 years, eating whole foods and using only alternative medicine such as herbs and homeopathy. I could be pretty happy living on smoothies, fruits and salads but frequently get tempted by the many good restaurants we have here. I enjoy kundalini yoga, movies, ecstatic dance, mantra (kirtan) music, meditation, nature, cooking meals, restaurants and long walks. |
