| Originally it was because of the cruelty to animals and this is still my main and first reason. It is also, now, for health reasons and for the environment but these are really bonuses to my main reason. |

| I'm a very happy, positive person with a sense of humour and I am looking for that someone special with whom I can share my life. I love Classical music and pop and am open to be introduced to all kinds of music. I enjoy going to the theatre to see plays, musicals and concerts, I enjoy watching a film at the cinema, I enjoy going out to a restaurant for a meal (I LOVE eating!), I love the countryside and going for country walks with my dog, to country parks, regular parks, nature reserves, etc. I like visiting historical buildings, manor houses, etc. I am equally happy to stay in and curl up on the sofa with my pets (& a partner if I had one) and read a book or watch TV. Even though I don't drink alcohol, I am happy to go for a drink to a nice pub. I am shy when I first meet people but I hide it well and you would never guess, I have no problem making conversation with people who have similar interests and when I get to know people I am not shy at all. I am quite sensitive and I am a romantic. I play the piano (classical music) and a little classical guitar. I have 3 cats and a little dog, all rescue animals and it's a nightmare because they don't get on, but I love them to bits! I am looking for a serious relationship but I am happy to start a relationship as friends and see where it leads. |

| A romantic, caring man, who loves life and lives it to the full and who is vegan or vegetarian, has the same or similar interests as me, although this isn't essential as opposites are often attracted to each other, as long as you're not heavily into sport (ie you do it all the time), or motorbikes or heavy metal music! Someone who loves animals, the countryside and nature and likes to visit different places of interest. Someone who likes to go out with small groups of friends rather than big crowds. Someone who has a sense of humour. Someone who likes having discussions about anything and everything. Someone who's looking for a serious relationship but maybe friendship first. |
