| I am an animal lover with a passion for equality, respect, fairness and honesty but I can’t seem to live up to my own expectations! This is because, despite being veggie for 21 years, I am struggling to become totally vegan. I have no reasonable excuse for this, it’s about convenience and not spending more time in my kitchen than necessary. Does this make me a lazy hypocrite? Lazy, yes, but only in the kitchen. Hypocrite, definitely! I’m hoping there may be a few fully fledged vegans out there who are rolling their eyes and wanting to give me a kick up the backside? Well, if that’s you, please get in touch to share your wisdom/suggestions/cooking tips! I lead a fairly busy life, although not a particularly exciting one, and because I live on my own it’s easy not to plan ahead for meals. I enjoy meeting new people, I’m easy-going, independent and low maintenance. |
