| Why I'm Vegan |
| I've always tried to eat healthfully, but several years ago the documentary Forks Over Knives was a catalyst which encouraged me to dig into the research. After doing so, I felt that becoming vegan was the best option for me. |

| I'm a widow, and I have the hope that my soul-mate is somewhere out there. I love to cook and have developed a number of tasty vegan recipes. It's always nicer to share food with a fellow vegan, whether out, or at home. I enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking, and especially dancing :) I have a desire to stay active and like to go out, but I also enjoy time at home. |
