| Why I'm Vegan |
| I've been vegetarian since 2011. As a kid my mom always had to persuade me to eat meat. I loved every animal, insects included. I remember wanting to go vegetarian in grade 9 but she wouldn't let me because "protein", so in grade 11 I chose to go against her wishes and become vegetarian (although I still ate chicken and fish, so partly vegetarian). Fast forward to about 3 years ago (maybe more, maybe less. I don't remember the exact date) I realized I didn't even like chicken, I was only eating it while I was getting take out because it was convenient and fish have feelings, too. I already didn't consume milk and figured I should cut out all dairy. |

| I'm a veterinary technician student, I aspire to travel a lot and possibly work on animal sanctuaries around the world. I'm also really interested in research!
