| I changed to a Vegan diet after extensive research & experimenting I found that it’s the most nutritious diet, with amazing health benefits. Also not long after I became aware of the animal cruelty and no longer want to take part in contributing to any products or company that promotes animal cruelty! |

| I like simplicity, honestly and efficiency. I enjoy personal development, I love learning about new practical concepts that I can experiment with in my day to day life in order to grow my level of awareness, like daily meditation for example. I try to also maintain my body, by eating a healthy vegan whole food diet and exercising 3-5 times a week. I like to go out to eat every now and then to try something different, however I do really enjoy cooking & trying new tasty recipes at home. |
